Do we need a property management system?
No. Beds can be checked in and out from the board by hand. If your system can send check-in and check-out events, Housekeepro can update beds from those instead.
Does it work for student and long-stay hostels?
Yes. A bed can stay occupied for months with in-stay cleans requested when needed, while shared areas run on their own schedule.
