Hospital housekeeping software built around the bed

A bed cannot take the next patient until it has been cleaned, and the ward rarely knows when that will be. Housekeepro gives every bed a live status and every cleaning task an owner, on the phones your team already carries.

From discharge to ready, on one board

When a patient leaves, the bed is checked out on the board and housekeeping is told straight away. Staff mark it as being cleaned, then ready, so the desk can see where every bed stands without phoning the ward.

Checklists for clinical areas

ICU, operation theatre, emergency and outpatient areas start with their own daily, weekly and monthly checklists, which your infection-control team can edit to match your protocols.

A record of who cleaned what

Every clean is logged with who did it and when, so the history of a bed or area is there when you need to show it.

Questions we get asked

Does Housekeepro need patient records?

No. It tracks beds, rooms, areas and cleaning tasks. It does not need patient names or clinical details, and it is not a medical record system.

Does it replace our infection-control protocols?

No. The built-in checklists are a starting point. Your infection-control team decides the methods, products and frequency, and edits the checklists to match.

Can we track individual beds in a ward?

Yes. A ward is set up as a category and each bed gets its own number, so each one carries its own status.
